Rho Ophiuchi

This six panel mosaic shows a portion of one of the most stunning areas in the night sky. The Rho Ophiuchi cloud complex is home to a grouping of interstellar clouds with a vast range of nebulae. Colorful reflection nebulae interspersed with dark nebulae make for a truly breathtaking sight.
